Shipping and Refund Policy

We’ve partnered with GetGive courier services to deliver our products across the United Arab Emirates. All our products will be delivered in temperature controlled vehicles to ensure the quality of your delivery.

Standard Delivery - 8 - 24hrs. No weekend delivery. 

Standard delivery

  • We offer Standard delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, within 8 to 24 hours on all products.

  • If you place your order on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a public holiday, your order will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

  • Delivery charges will be 40 AED for any delivery within the UAE (unless you qualify for free delivery)

Shipment to multiple Addresses

  • We can only ship to one address per order within the UAE.

  • To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

  • We will refund or replacement your ordered items only if the products are damaged or they are the wrong product supplied.

  • Please notify us during delivery or within 24 hours of receipt. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you the replacement product or we will issue a full refund.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund.

  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

  • Please allow for a minimum of 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
